Describe which questions you want to automate and which actions require employee approval. Gather your current returns, warranty and shipping policies.

Agree with NexReply which access is needed. Ask for a secure transfer link if secrets must be provided. Use separate accounts or keys where possible. Test with agreed data before enabling automatic sending.
