Prepare your ANWB Marketplace seller account to use orders and customer questions through the Mirakl connection.
Confirm which ANWB seller account receives your orders. Note the URL of the ANWB Mirakl environment and the shop_id of this seller account. Do not use details from another Mirakl marketplace.
Ask your ANWB seller account administrator or marketplace contact which API access is available for your account. Have NexReply confirm which credential or authorisation is needed. If you cannot find the shop_id, ask your ANWB contact.
Need to share access details? Ask NexReply for a secure transfer link. Do not send passwords, tokens or API secrets by ordinary email or through the contact form.
Select a recent ANWB Marketplace order and check its reference, status, available shipping details and any customer question together with NexReply. Check the shop_id used as well.
NexReply uses only the agreed data from your ANWB Marketplace account. Available order, shipping and message details depend on this account’s configuration and API access.
Check the provider’s current settings too. Screen names and access options can change.
